Standard Material Grades
- AISI 410 / AISI 420: Used for surgical cutting tools, forceps, and hemostats requiring high Rockwell hardness (HRC 48-52).
- AISI 304 / AISI 316: Applied to hollowware, speculums, and non-cutting retractors for high corrosion protection.
- German Stainless Steel (DIN 1.4117 / 1.4021): Available upon request for premium operating room (OR) grade surgical instruments.
Continuous product engineering may result in minor technical variations in pattern dimensions, satin/matte anti-glare finishing, or joint mechanisms to enhance clinical ergonomics. Dimensional tolerances strictly adhere to international surgical instrument standards.
